At Cordless Water Cleaner, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our "Cordless Portable Water Cleaner For Everyday Home Use." If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward refund policy.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date your order was delivered to initiate a return for a refund or exchange. After 30 days from the delivery date, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at support@cordlesspressurewasher.com within the 30-day return window.
- Provide your order number and the reason for your return.
- Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send back your item.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or without an RMA number, as it will not be processed.
4. Refund Method and Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
5. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning their item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be deducted from your refund.
6. Non-Returnable Items

7. Damaged or Defective Items

We will arrange for a free replacement to be sent to you or offer a full refund, including any original shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
