Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Cordless Water Cleaner! We are committed to delivering your "Cordless Portable Water Cleaner For Everyday Home Use" efficiently and reliably.
1. Shipping Costs
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $8.95 per order for all domestic and international shipments.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
3. Domestic Shipping
For orders shipped within the United States, estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days from the date of shipment. We primarily use USPS and UPS for domestic deliveries.
4. International Shipping
For international orders, estimated delivery time is 10-25 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that international shipments may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
6. Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes, Cordless Water Cleaner is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, unforeseen weather conditions, customs processing, or other events beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
7. P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses
We support shipping to P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses. Please note that these shipments can only be delivered via USPS.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe your package is lost, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@cordlesspressurewasher.com. Please provide your order number and any relevant details (e.g., photos of damaged packaging). We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your product.
9. Restricted Countries
We do not ship to countries that are subject to U.S. sanctions or trade restrictions. If your country is on such a list, your order will be cancelled and refunded.
